Description: On or about August 6, 2019, in the Bronx, Plaintiff Ansumana Kamar was on his way home from getting some food from a local eatery when, in the process of being falsely arrested, he was grabbed, slammed to the ground, punched, and tased by Defendants NYPD Officers by Negersmith, Modica, Does. At no time prior did Plaintiff engage in any criminal or unlawful conduct.
Eventually, charges against Plaintiff of Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest were dropped.
