Description: On or about March 9, 2019, NYPD Officers Stephan Noel, John Brennan, Colin Michael, and two other NYPD officers whose names are unknown, chased Plaintiff into his home without cause while he was outside watching a music video being filmed. In his home, the officers assaulted, handcuffed, and arrested Plaintiff. Plaintiff was brought to a hospital and then was put in a holding cell. Charges were eventually dismissed against Plaintiff. Another plaintiff, the owner of the property, suffered damage to the property from the pursuit.

Description: On or about March 9, 2019, Plaintiff was approached without cause by NYPD officers Stephan Noel, John Brennan, Colin Michael, as well as two other NYPD officers whose names are unknown, while watching the filming of a music video. Description: On or about March 9, 2019, Plaintiff was watching a music video being filmed on the street while in his car. NYPD Officers Stephan Noel, John Brennan, Colin Michael, as well as two NYPD officers whose names are unknown approached Plaintiffs' vehicle and extracted him from it using excessive force and without cause. Plaintiff was handcuffed, arrested, and transported to the 63rd precinct. All charges were later dismissed against Plaintiff.

Description: On July 23, 2018, Plaintiff Mills reported to probation officer for his scheduled visit, at which time he was arrested by, or at the direction of, Defendants Daniel Young, Stephan Noel, and Michael Cioffi. While Plaintiff was in Defendants' custody, one or more of the Defendants filled out paperwork falsely claiming that Plaintiff was engaged in criminal activity on July 15, 2018. The complaint was then forwarded to the Kings County District Attorney's office, which then charged Plaintiff with various violations of New York's VTL, as well as reckless endangerment and obstructing governmental administration.
