Description: On January 31, 2013, Plaintiff was lawfully present and asleep in her bedroom when POs Jeremy S. Demarco, Gerard Sardina, and Khamaraj Singh pushed in or otherwise loudly and forcibly broke in through the front door of the premises. The officers did not have a legal basis or justification for the entry. The officers proceeded to unlawfully seize, detain, handcuff, and arrest Plaintiff.
