Description: On October 16, 2017, Plaintiff Steven Hale was in the subway station or on the platform at the corner of Third Avenue and East 149th Street, Bronx, when he was falsely arrested by Defendant NYPD Officer Jasmin Rodriguez. Defendant Officer Rodriguez abusively battered Plaintiff by beating, assaulting, kicking, punching, pulling, pushing, throwing him to the ground, and throwing him against surfaces. Plaintiff was restrained by two sets of handcuffs and he was violently thrown to the ground, causing injuies to his wrists, ankle, hands, neck, back, extremities, and head.
