Description: On June 23, 2018 at 1:00 a.m., Mr. Castanon was exiting a cab at W. 24th Street, Coney Island, when police officers arrived. He was arrested for robbery, grand larceny, menacing, petit larceny, criminal possession of stolen property and harassment. Description: On July 27, 2017 at approximately 5pm, Mr. Kassim purchased a water bottle at a market to clean a cut on his forehead. As he left the market, he was seized by a number of NYPD officers, including Cpt. Ceparano, Houston, Calemine, and Doe. They ordered him to remain in their custody despite his request to leave and made him await an ambulance. At the hospital, while waiting to see a doctor, Cpt.
