Description: On October 30, 2018, the Plaintiff was at his cousin's apartment when his nephew came into the apartment following a domestic dispute where his girlfriend called the police. The Plaintiff left the apartment to give his nephew's girlfriend the keys she was requesting and the Plaintiff saw NYPD officers Joshua Jimenez and Jane Doe. The NYPD officers asked to go to the apartment and the Plaintiff stayed in the apartment doorway talking with them as his sister got the nephew and girlfriend's child ready to go with the NYPD officers to the girlfriend.
