Description: On January 19, 2024, at approximately 10 pm, Plaintiff was lawfully present outside 50 West 21st Street in New York, NY working as a part time bouncer for a nightclub when defendant NYPD officers unlawfully stopped, frisked, questioned and falsely arrested Plaintiff without probable cause. Plaintiff also worked full time for the Department of Justice and carried his shield and concealed off duty service weapon.
