Description: On November 9, 2012, at approximately 8:15 a.m., plaintiff, was driving her vehicle and proceeded to enter a gas line behind other cars. While waiting in the line, defendant officer Hassan Paris repeatedly shouted at plaintiff several times that "you are not getting gas" and demanded that she exit the line. However, plaintiff was blocked in by other cars and could not move out of line. She stood just outside her car door to tell defendant Paris that she was trying to leave the line, at which time defendant Paris falsely accused her of obstructing traffic, and physically assaulted her, twisting plaintiff's arm and shoving her against the car, even after plaintiff exclaimed that she had a recent surgery.
