Description: On July 17, 2017, at approximately 4:50am, Plaintiff NYPD officers Christina O'Conner and Brendan Symansky were caused to sustain personal injuries after Defendant JOSE CRUZ-ALMONTE resisted Plaintiff's attempts to restrain him and then caused the Plaintiffs to fall. The incident occurred at 123 Jamaica Avenue in Brooklyn, NY at a business controlled by Neuvo Bonao Restaruant Corp. The complaint alleges that the Plaintiff officers in no way contributed to their injuries through fault or culpable conduct.
