Description: On October 16, 2019, plaintiff was walking to meet his girlfriend for dinner when defendants P.O. Jandel Scarlett and unnamed P.O. John Does assaulted him and knocked him to the ground. Defendants dug their knees and feet into plaintiff's back and body. Plaintiff was not engaged in any unlawful activity and possessed no controlled substances, nor anything that looked like a controlled substance. Plaintiff was transported to the 42nd precinct, where he was strip searched and no contraband was recovered. After being held for several hours at the PSA 8 precinct, Plaintiff was transported to Bronx Central Booking.
