Description: On or about June 24, 2015, at approximately 3:15PM, the plaintiff, David Cutlip, was at or near Canal Street and Lafayette Street in New York, when the defendants, wrongfully grabbed, searched, handcuffed, seized and arrested the plaintiff without a warrant or just cause. The plaintiff was processed and fingerprinted at a police precinct and also questioned by the police without having his Miranda rights read to him. The plaintiff was held against his will in a locked cell until he was released around approximately 8:00PM on the same day. The plaintiff was innocent of all charges and had committed no crime.
