Description: On November 2, 2016, Defendants Officer Estefany Rosario, Officer Kevin Platz, Sergeant Kristin Brito, Officer Joseph Lucurto, Officer Derrick Li, Officer Crystal Diaz, Officer Nelson Batista, Officer Klaudio Kushi, and Officer Jerold Lutz unlawfully surrounded, assaulted, battered, and arrested Plaintiff. The Defendants were handling the arrest of a duo at the time of the incident. One of the duo began to cry as the other was arrested and started to panic, so Plaintiff approached her in an attempt to calm her down. Plaintiff also spoke to the Defendants.
