Description: On February 13, 2021, PO HERNANDEZ approached Plaintiff when Plaintiff picked up the item to purchase it at Target, located at 445 Albee Square West, Brooklyn. Without probable cause, PO HERNANDEZ, other agents, and employees falsely accused Plaintiff of taking the item without paying for it. Then, PO HERNANDEZ falsely accused Plaintiff of being held for an unjustified and unreasonable period of time at the Target Store. Without questioning the Plaintiff, PO HERNANDEZ detained the Plaintiff at the store.
