Description: On March 16 2020, NYPD Officer Nicholas Difranco and John or Jane Doe unlawfully approached the Plaintiff without probable cause. The Officers unlawfully stopped and detained the Plaintiff by grabbing his head and body and proceeding to conduct an unlawful search. The Officers then violently applied excessively tight metal handcuffs causing significant pain and transported the Plaintiff to the 103rd Precinct. Here, he was detained in a dirty cell and questioned without Counsel. Description: On April 7, 2018, Plaintiff was lawfully present in the back seat of a car when she was approached by Defendant Officers, including Officer Nicholas DiFranco, Tax ID 955883, and Sergeant Justin Ellis, Tax ID 944536. Without reasonable suspicion or probable cause, Defendant Officers ordered Plaintiff to exit the vehicle.
