Description: On May 20, 2022, Plaintiff was lawfully driving his girlfriend’s car to his mother’s residence, when he was pulled over by Defendant Police Officers without legal justification. Plaintiff was instructed by Defendant Officers to step out of the car. Defendant Officers then conducted an illegal pat-down search of Plaintiff, with no weapons or illegal contraband recovered from Plaintiff’s person.
