Complaint
Description: On or about May 6, 2017 at approximately 11:30 PM, Plaintiff, Officer Kevin Nunez and unknown officer "John Doe" were near the vicinity of the L train near Sutter Avenue Station, Rockaway Park platform. The officers falsely arrested Plaintiff and assaulted, battered, traumatized, pushed, shoved and falsely imprisoned Plaintiff, causing Plaintiff personal, emotional and psychological damage. The officers also deprived medical attention to Plaintiff, causing Plaintiff to seek hospitalization, medical care and treatment.
