Description: On February 26, 2013, Plaintiff voluntarily surrendered to the police after members of the NYPD spoke with her daughter. The arrest relates to an abandoned car that was left partially blocking Plaintiff's driveway for four months. Plaintiff previously called the police department for instructions on how to deal with it and was advised to have the car towed. Plaintiff proceeded to have the car towed.
