Description: On September 30, 2011, in the vicinity of 10th Street, Queens, NY, plaintiff was driving in his car with his fiancé. Defendants Pizzino and Doe approached and stopped the car without cause. Defendant officers demanded to see plaintiff’s driver’s license and registration.
