Description: On June 26, 2013, plaintiff was arrested, handcuffed and taken to the 83rd precinct. At the precinct, plaintiff was left in a cell for a lengthy period of time without food or water. Plaintiff repeatedly pleaded for water but was denied his requests. In the fingerprint area, plaintiff was attacked by defendants including Curley, punching plaintiff in the face and body. Other officers kicked, punched, shoved and stomped plaintiff. A camera was in the area of the incident and plaintiff demanded the video of the incident but was told the camera was not working at the time. At the 83rd precinct, plaintiff requested medical treatment, but was denied. Plaintiff suffered numerous injuries.
