Description: On February 17, 2021, plaintiff was in Brooklyn when he was informed that he was being brought into the 10th Precinct by defendant NYPD Officers, including SEAN AHEARN. regarding a crime that had happened over four months earlier in Manhattan on September 26, 2020.
Defendant officers began to arrest the plaintiff, restraining him with metal handcuffs and subjecting him to unlawful pat-down search. Plaintiff did not resist and did not have anything illegal or contraband. Defendants falsely stated that Plaintiff was engaged in Criminal Possession of a Firearm. Plaintiff was maliciously prosecuted but on December 3, 2021, all charges against the plaintiff were
