Description: On or about February 15, 2012 POs, potentially including Det. Paul Strafaci, Det. Kevin Brennan, Det. Alfred Hernandez, and Det. Michael McGoldrick wrongfully grabbed, handcuffed, and arrested Plaintiff in an aggressive manner without legal justification. Plaintiff was wrongfully imprisoned for approximately 51 days until he was released on his own recognizance. Plaintiff was maliciously prosecuted and all charges were dismissed on or about December 18, 2012. Plaintiff suffered physical pain, mental suffering, fear, deprivation of liberty, humiliation, mental anguish, indignity, and frustration as a result of this incident.
