Description: On November 9, 2016, while lawfully inside his apartment, defendant NYPD officers unlawfully entered and searched plaintiff's residence without probable cause or any lawful justification. At no time was any contraband recovered from plaintiff or from any location within either his custody or control. Plaintiff did not commit any crime, nor did the defendants have any probable cause to believe that had done so.
Defendant NYPD officers transmitted false misleading and incomplete information to the Bronx DAs Office in order to induce the initiation of prosecution.
