He was placed in custody while at the hospital. One week later, Det. Darren Bruce and Det. Kevin Clarke picked plaintiff up from the hospital to take him to a correction facility. They knew he had been shot. Description: On October 25, 2018, at the 30th precinct in New York, Plaintiff was unlawfully arrested for a robbery that allegedly occurred on October 6, 2018. Plaintiff denies the charges, and the alleged victim informed the police that Plaintiff had not robbed or harmed her. No witnesses identified Plaintiff as the perpetrator, and no stolen items were found on his person or in his home. At arraignment, bail was set, and Plaintiff was incarcerated for approximately 20 hours. All charges were sealed and dismissed on April 29, 2019.
