Description: On July 4, 2023, Jennifer Suero, Jayden Arias, Justin Arias, Bryan Deleon, and J.R. were lawfully in the area of East 175th Street and Weeks Avenue in the Bronx. Defendant officers Espadas, Vargas, Hernandez, Warren, Cecchini, Moquillaza, Dailey, Doe and Roe approached the Plaintiffs, stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained them in an excessive manner with no arrest warrant, probable cause or any legal justification.
