Complaint
Description: On or about December 3, 2018, certain unnamed officers falsely accused Plaintiff of Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree. Defendant Ortiz and certain unnamed officers ordered Plaintiff to stop his car, where he was subsequently touched, grabbed, pushed, handcuffed, and seized in an excessive manner. While in custody, the same officers intentionally touched, grabbed, pushed, assaulted, violated, humiliated, and handcuffed Plaintiff. Plaintiff was detained for 4 days until December 7, 2018.
