Description: On August 27, 2012, plaintiff was arrested by defendant Williams. Plaintiff was then transported to the 33rd precinct and confined to a holding cell for over 36 hours. Defendants subsequently searched plaintiff's apartment and drafted false documents stating that a laptop and other items were recovered during the search. Plaintiff was ultimately found guilty of 5 of the 6 counts of burglary he was charged with.
