Description: On October 6th, plaintiff was travelling on a bus in Brooklyn. Defendant POs boarded the bus and showed a sketch of a man accused of attacking an NYC bus driver. Plaintiff was accused of committing the crime, arrested, and taken to the precinct. He was booked in the precinct, questioned, made to walk in a lineup, and had his photograph and fingerprints taken. He was forced to hire private counsel, and all charges against plaintiff were subsequently dismissed.
