Description: On March 29, 2021, at approximately 11:00 AM plaintiff was present in the vicinity of 1823 42nd Street in the borough of Queens, when Agent Michael Pecoraro and unidentified police officers (John Does 1-10) asked plaintiff whether they could search his vehicle. The plaintiff declined to allow the officers to search his vehicle, and he then had a medical emergency. While the plaintiff was being treated for his medical condition, the officers took the keys to his vehicle and started to unlawfully search the vehicle, where they found a toy gun.
