Description: On February 17, 2016, Devion Bolds was arrested while riding in a taxi with his pregnant girlfriend. NYPD pulled the taxi over with guns drawn, and immediately handcuffed and placed Mr. Bolds into custody to be charged with manslaughter and murder for a shooting that occurred on September 5, 2015. The NYPD and KCDA, specifically Detective Adam McLawhorn and District Attorney Lewis Lieberman, withheld Brady material concerning improper identification procedures.
