Description: On June 28th, 2012, Plaintiff and two friends went to his estranged wife's apartment. His wife had a limited order of protection against him, so he recorded the endeavour. He knocked a few times but she did not respond. When he was on his way out, NYPD Police Officer Gary Mulcahy arrested him for violating that order, despite showing him the video recording. Later on July 10th, 2012 other NYPD Officers against arrested plaintiff for violating the protection order, despite there being no evidence.
