Description: On November 24, 2018 plaintiff was lawfully present inside her Aunt's residence, located 201-18 100th Ave, Queens, NY, when defendant officers unlawfully handcuffed and falsely arrested plaintiff. Defendant officers transported plaintiff to the 103rd Precinct, where plaintiff was unlawfully photographed, fingerprinted and detained in a holding cell. After 18 hours in unlawful custody, plaintiff was transported to Queens Central Booking and placed in a holding cell. Defendant officers provided the DA with the false information that plaintiff committed a crime.
