Description: On November 29, 2019, defendant NYPD officer Aaron Solomon, defendant NYPD officer Murphy (no first name given), along with unnamed defendant NYPD officers, approached, assaulted, battered, handcuffed, arrested and detained plaintiff, who was taken into custody and held at the 43rd precinct. Plaintiff was was later arraigned and released at approximately 10pm ET the following day (11/30/2019). Defendant NYPD officers created and submitted an erroneous police report in an effort to initiate a malicious prosecution of plaintiff. Plaintiff suffered severe physical and mental injuries as a result of this incident.
