Description: On June 1, 2018, at approximately 10:00 p.m., Plaintiff was lawfully present near Williamsbridge Road and Roberts Avenue in the Bronx, not engaged in any suspicious or illegal activity, when approached by Police Officer Brian O’Neill and other officers, including John Doe and John Roe from the NYPD. Without probable cause or any legal justification, the officers detained Plaintiff, grabbing him and forcefully pushing him against a wall.
