Description: On June 2, 2020 plaintiff, an essential worker, was lawfully presenting near 434 East 155th Street in the Bronx. Plaintiff was carrying a letter documenting his status as an essential worker and was in his work uniform. Plaintiff was commuting home from his place of employment on his e-bike. Plaintiff was then cut off be a police vehicle and police officers exited the vehicle with their service weapons drawn. Plaintiff was thrown on the hood of a vehicle and then thrown to the ground. Police officers then punched and kicked the plaintiff. Additionally a great deal of pressure was placed on the plaintiff's back and head and neck.
