Complaint
Description: On November 7, 2023, Plaintiff WALE HARDING was illegally stopped, searched, detained and subjected to excessive force by defendants NYPD POLICE OFFICER STACIE PENA, and NYPD POLICE OFFICERS JOHN/JANE DOES. Plaintiff was arrested by defendants without cause or justification. Plaintiff WALE HARDING remained incarcerated for a number of hours and was required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges were dropped in Plaintiff's favor. Plaintiff WALE HARDING sustained physical and emotional pain and injuries as a result of this incident.
