Description: On or about December 31, 2013 at approximately 7 am Plaintiff was walking on the sidewalk on or near West 125th Street and Lenox Avenue in the city of New York when Defendants, NYPD officers unlawfully searched, seized, and arrested Plaintiff without probable cause. Defendant NYPD officer Eric Schmidt and Defendants John Does 1-8 exerted excessive physical force against the Plaintiff without justification. Defendants brought a prosecution against Plaintiff without probable cause. Plaintiff was wrongly incarcerated for approximately 22 months.
