Description: On or about December 1st, 2017, Plaintiff was lawfully driving his motor vehicle when he was unlawfully stopped by PO Dwane Edwards and SGT Oscar Nunez. Plaintiff was questioned and frisked. PO's did not find any drugs, weapons, or contraband on Plaintiff's person or in his vehicle. Plaintiff was handcuffed and arrested without legal justification or probable cause. Plaintiff was transported to the 73rd Precinct for processing and was then detained in a holding cell. The next day Plaintiff was taken to King's County Central Booking.
