Description: On or about May 7, 2015, plaintiff was unlawfully stopped, detained, arrested and injured by defendant NYPD officers Scott Carley (Shield No. 29078), Kevin Ulrich (Shield No. 16881), and Alix Guy (Shield No. 04945), along with defendant NYPD sergeant Keith Hockaday (Shield No. 986) and unnamed defendant NYPD officers, on a Brooklyn street. Defendants used improper holds and techniques when physically arresting plaintiff, which caused him serious injury. Defendants proceeded to initiate a malicious prosecution against plaintiff. All charges against plaintiff were dismissed on September 28, 2015.
