Description: On August 31, 2011 defendants Kaveney, Gill, Nunez, Bones, Bolger, Kiely, Paradisio, Glover, Baca, and Disimone broke down the front doors located on the basement, first, and second floors of 308 East 169th Street in the Bronx and entered said apartments. Defendant officers grabbed plaintiff Colon, who was naked, and pushed her to the ground, and placed handcuffs on her while officers pointed a gun at plaintiff Reynoso's face and placed handcuffs on him.
