Description: On or about August 10, 2012 around 1:00 a.m. Plaintiff was detained, harassed, assaulted, battered, and falsely arrested by Lt Roger Lurch and other unnamed POs. Plaintiff was forcibly handcuffed and pushed into a police vehicle without legal justification. Plaintiff was maliciously prosecuted until February 27, 2013 when all charges were ultimately dismissed. Plaintiff suffered bodily injury, deprivation of liberty, physical and mental suffering, indignity, humiliation, shame, disgrace, loss of personal effects, and pecuniary damages as a result of this incident.
