Description: On August 07, 2020, plaintiff Servisio Simmon was placed under arrest on suspicion of robbery. On August 08, 2020, Plaintiff woke-up in a cell and informed an Police Officer that he felt suicidal and the officer stated they were working on it. Plaintiff was later interrogated and informed about his potential life in prison. Plaintiff began to suffer a mental health crisis and started to hang himself with his pants. Plaintiff was thrown against his cell by Police Officers and forcefully injected with a substance. Plaintiff felt his wrist snap as he was becoming unconscious.
