Description: On August 07, 2020, plaintiff Servisio Simmon was placed under arrest on suspicion of robbery. On August 08, 2020, Plaintiff woke-up in a cell and informed an Police Officer that he felt suicidal and the officer stated they were working on it. Plaintiff was later interrogated and informed about his potential life in prison. Plaintiff began to suffer a mental health crisis and started to hang himself with his pants. Plaintiff was thrown against his cell by Police Officers and forcefully injected with a substance. Plaintiff felt his wrist snap as he was becoming unconscious.

Description: On September 19, 2021, at 3:30 pm, the Plaintiff was lawfully present on the sidewalk with his companion when officers Shaundale Gore, Ryan Beck, Ian Grice and other unknown officers illegally approached the Plaintiff in their police vehicle from behind, exited their police vehicle abruptly and then illegally stopped and detained Plaintiff and his companion, without probable cause, reasonable suspicion, valid search or arrest warrant, or any legal justification whatsoever, in the vicinity of this complained-of-incident.
