Description: On October 16, 2021, at approximately 1:00am, Plaintiff WILFRED GRIFFITHS was driving his vehicle in the vicinity of Webster Ave. and East 170th street, Bronx, NY. After stopping to drop off his cousin at the aforementioned location, Plaintiff was stopped by Defendant NYPD officers JAMES TALBERT, and JOHN or JANE DOE 1-10 in an unmarked car and accused of illegally double parking.
