Description: On September 25, 2010 Plaintiff Karon Baker was on West 183rd Street and Grand Avenue, sitting on a crate outside of a store when he was approached by defendants Officer Kiryako and Officer Kevin Cavelli. They asked him if he worked in the store and plaintiff explained that he did not but that he know the store's owner. The store's owner confirmed Plaintiff's assertions. Regardless, defendants ordered plaintiff to leave the store and go down the block.
