Complaint
Description: On October 13, 2016, plaintiff was at Beach 40th St and Beach Channel Dr, Queens, NY, and was approached by several of defendants. Defendant Williams directed plaintiff to stop walking because they had a warrant against her. Another defendant officer handcuffed plaintiff. Defendants forced plaintiff into a police van with nine other male officers. While still in handcuffs, plaintiff was transported to the 101st Precinct, where she was searched, photographed, finger printed, and placed in a cell for ten hours with another male prisoner who was being held for violent, domestic abuse charges.
