Description: On December 22, 2023, Plaintiff was walking on the street when he observed Defendant officers conducting a search on his acquaintance. Plaintiff asked why the Defendant officers were searching the acquaintance, and he was asked to produce his ID. When Plaintiff refused. Defendant officers placed him against a wall and slammed him to the ground. His face was forcefully pushed into sidewalk by one of the Defendant officers. These attacks caused Plaintiff to pass out. Plaintiff was handcuffed and left lying face down on the sidewalk unconscious. He woke up at Harlem Hospital. Plaintiff was never taken to a precinct, central booking or in front of a judge.
