Description: On February 24, 2016, officers including but not limited to NYPD Detective Alexander Santiago, NYPD Officer Wilfredo Acevedo, NYPD Officer Edwin Aguilar, and NYPD Officer Jesus Santos, forcibly entered plaintiff's residence at 2971 Eighth Avenue, New York, NY, without a warrant, justification, consent, or probable cause to believe that plaintiff committed or was about to commit any crime. After entering his residence, the officers detained, imprisoned, and arrested plaintiff and forcibly transported plaintiff to a police precinct. Description: On April 12, 2008, Plaintiff was in a restaurant when defendant offers entered and searched and arrested him. Plaintiff was taken to a police precinct and subjected to an invasive body cavity search. He was interrogated and threatened to be booked on false drug charges if he refused to provide information—which Plaintiff did not have—regarding an alleged robbery. After Plaintiff denied knowing anything about the robbery, the defendants drew up false paperwork accusing Plaintiff of possessing and selling drugs. Unable to post bail, Plaintiff was incarcerated for around five months. On March 7, 2010, Plaintiff was acquitted by a jury of all charges.
