Description: On March 17, 2021, Plaintiff voluntarily arrived at the 61st Precinct after being contacted by an NYPD officer regarding a complaint made by his ex-girlfriend, alleging that he had violated an Order of Protection. However, prior to the arrest, officers had obtained video evidence confirming that Bruce was not present at the location at the time of the alleged violation, proving the complaint was false. Despite this, Defendant Officers Bridget Hearn, Eldina McKenzie, Yuriy Posokhov, Sergeant Eudy Santos, and other unidentified officers falsely arrested Bruce upon his arrival at the precinct. Description: On July 5, 2019, officers were in the process of escorting a separate individual when the individual's money suddenly flew in the air, drawing the attention of Plaintiff 1. Plaintiff 1 was video-recording the event when officers suddenly punched him. The officers continued to punch Plaintiff 1 as they reached for his phone.
