Description: During 2018, plaintiff became romantically involved with a man who concealed the fact that he was a married man. Plaintiff contends that Charisse Nelson-Butler - the wife of the married individual - used her connections at the 90th Precinct to arrest the plaintiff. Plaintiff contends police officers Israel Sanchez, Charisse Nelson Butler, and unidentified police officers John and/or Jane Doe then falsely arrested him. Plaintiff was handcuffed and humiliated by the physical and verbal insults during this unnecessary escapade which included detention of some 28 hours. On February 25, 2014, all criminal charges against Plaintiff were dismissed by a judge.
