Complaint
Description: On or about April 20, 2012, Plaintiff was driving his vehicle when he was stopped by NYPD officers at a traffic checkpoint. Officer Mohammad Syed and other unknown officers checked Plaintiff's license and immediately placed Plaintiff under arrest, without probable cause. Plaintiff was transported to the precinct where he was subjected to an invasive strip search and charged with possession of a forged instrument. Officer Syed and other unknown officers filled out false police reports, gave false and misleading information regarding Plaintiff's arrest and withheld exculpatory evidence from the DA.
