Complaint
Description: On or about April 13, 2015, Plaintiff was wrongfully and falsely arrested, detained, and imprisoned, without any right or grounds. Defendants falsely accused the Plaintiff of crimes of criminal sale of controlled substances and criminal possession of controlled substances. Plaintiff's arrest and imprisonment was without legal process, authority of law, and any reasonable cause or belief that the Plaintiff was in fact guilty of such crimes. Defendants handcuffed and threatened Plaintiff with the possible use of firearms and weapons and the use of physical force. Plaintiff was forced to submit to lengthy Court proceedings due to Defendants actions.
